Searching for a Youth Minister
Yes, the Reformed Church of Oradell is making that bold move and looking for a Youth Minister.

The Reformed Church of Oradell is seeking a Youth Minister:  The qualities we are looking for is someone who not only has an inward spirit of God, but an outward pouring of the Holy Spirit.  Someone who can relate to all ages of young people.  Knowledge of current Sunday School programs, what they will study and the benefits of the program.  Creative ideas to attract young people and their families.  Be a listening ear and help guide (council) young people as needed.  Have an understanding of the current teen and tween issues.  Develop an all-inclusive and supportive Youth Group.  Be available for Sunday School during the church service as well as a time to meet with the teens for Youth Group that will work best for all.  Work closely with the Consistory and Pastor.  Expected to become familiar with RCA Mission, Vision and Youth Programs and resources, support RCO’s Vision, Mission, Pillars, and Church Motto and successfully undergo a background check.  Be willing to meet, be interviewed for articles in local papers, as well as the Website and Face Book and help get the word out on Social Media.

Today's Word

We've Been Waiting for You

It's true, because we believe that every person who comes into the circle of this special fellowship was sent by God Himself. It's not by accident that we have the joy of meeting you So, above all else we want to express Christ's love to you with genuine, heartfelt warmth. We're eager to know you, and we're excited to share with you the marvelous ways God is working in our church.

It won't take long to discover that this is truly a family, rich in the relationships that matter most. Growing together, we worship, we serve, we laugh, we cry, we learn, and we reach out to our world with life-transforming truth. We reach out to you, as well. Our doors are open. Our hearts are open, too. We welcome you!
